• Rates for our beautifully decorated rooms begin at $75 per night based
    we do not have any cots or cribs at this time.

  • Children are welcome, but the house is not childproof.  There are many
    antiques and stairs, and there is no fence around the yard.  Parents are
    responsible for their children at ALL times.  It would be best to call
    ahead so that we can help you make the best possible arrangements
    for you and your family.

  • A 50% deposit will be requested at the time of reservation.  
    Deposit can be with Credit Card or check.  If paying deposit
    by check, the check will be cashed.  There is a $30 fee for all
    returned checks.  Credit cards (M/C, Visa, Discover)
    Accepted.  Two weeks advance cancellation is required for
    full refund of your deposit.  Between 48 hours and two weeks
    advance cancellation notice will result in an 50% refund of
    deposit.  Less than 48 hours advance cancellation notice will
    result in a forfeit of your entire deposit.

  • All prices subject to Sales and Lodging Tax currently totalling 12% (7%
    sales tax plus 5% lodging tax.)

  • All stays include full breakfast which is typically served at 8:30 am.  
    However we strive to be flexible to help you meet your travel needs.

  • Please inform us of food allergies in advance.  If you have an allergy to
    cats, be warned that there are two cats on the premises!

  • Check-in between 2pm and 5pm. If you cannot make it during this time
    frame, please let us know so that we can be prepared to greet you.
    Check-out is at 11am.

  • Smoking is allowed only outside.

  • Pets are considered, depending on age, size, and number.  Please call
    for pet request.  There will be a fully refundable pet deposit of $20/pet.  
    Owners are fully responsible for any damages.

LODGING:
Our goal is to make you private party with us an exceptional experience.  
Since we are not a regular restaurant open for walk-in business, we can
offer a very different atmosphere for that special occasion.  However, we
non-lodging guests.

Reservations:
For a party of 2-6 People we request at least 48 hours notice.
For a party of 7-30 People we request at least 1-week notice.
If the number of guests is decreasing, please let us know at least 24 hours
in advance.  If you fail to notify us of a decrease in the number of guests,
you will be required to pay for the number contracted.  So if someone
cancels at the last minute, grab a friend to bring along!  The reason for this
is that we have already bought and prepared the food for this one-time
event.  If the number of guests increases and you fail to notify us, there
may or may not be enough food to go around.  There will be a per person
charge for extra guests.

Menu:
The menu items must be agreed upon in advance to allow for shopping
and preparation.  We are not a full service restaurant with large walk-in
style refrigerators and freezers.  We have limited cold storage space and
we shop at the same grocery store as our neighbors.  If you have
something in mind for your party and you do not see it on the menu, ask
us: we may be able to accommodate you.  We have found that for most
parties, the most economical method is for your party to agree on one or
two items for your party’s menu.

Setting:
We proudly provide an elegant ambiance for your party.  Unless otherwise
arranged, all private parties will be served with china, crystal, silver, and
lace and cloth table linens. The time needed to properly handle these items
is part of the cost of your experience here at the Crystal Key Inn.  There is
no smoking allowed anywhere inside the Crystal Key Inn.  Ashtrays will be
provided on the porch if needed.

Deposit:
For parties of 5 or more, there will be a 50% deposit to hold your
reservation and allow for shopping.  The balance is due at the completion
of the party.  Whenever possible, we prefer a single payer since we do not
have a till.  The deposit is 80% refundable if the party is cancelled at least
72 hours before the scheduled party and we have not been shopping yet.  
We try not to shop any earlier than necessary so that we can guarantee
freshness.  Some specialty items may require earlier shopping.  If a party is
cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of schedule, then the deposit is
forfeited.
